You can install the Pirs program by running the file Setup.exe on CD-Rom and follow the instructions for installation. After installing the Pirs program on your computer it has to be registered i.e. activated. Without activation the program allows only three temporary start-ups.

Activation of the CD-ROM

At the end of the installation process you will need to enter the registration number from the back side of the CD cover. To activate the program you have to be connected to the Internet. The activation process is very simple; you just follow the instructions for activation of the program.

The Pirs program is a one-user version, but if you want to buy the web version, please call 01 500 52 18.

Warning: Due to the activation of a license you can repeat the installation process only in the same computer. It is possible to install the program in another computer only after you have removed the program from the first computer. The removal and the subsequent reinstallation of the program are recommended also when you have changed individual hardware parts of your computer.

Uninstallation process

To uninstall the program you have to run “Uninstall the program” (Start => Programs => Business directory of the Republic of Slovenia 2010 => Uninstall the program) and follow the instructions for uninstallation. To uninstall and deactivate the program you have to be connected to the Internet. Never delete the installed program, always use the program solution for uninstallation.

Ensuring the proper functioning in Windows XP and Windows 7
With the edition of Pirs 2011 the proper functioning in operational systems of Windows XP and Windows 7 is provided. The program can also be installed in other (older) Windows environments, but there is no guarantee that all the functionalities provided by Pirs on CD-Rom, will work properly.
